Agglomerated & Sintered WC-12CO

WC-CO12 is a cobalt-based coated powder with high hardness. By agglomeration sintering process, WC-CO12 is coated with a layer of cobalt metal on the surface of cast tungsten carbide for protection and bonding. It has excellent abrasive wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance.

The coating has strong wear resistance, abrasive wear, erosion wear, sliding wear, compact coating and high bonding strength. The surface finish of the coating is better than that of LF322. For all kinds of wear-resistant working conditions, recommended for spraying paper mill roll parts, wire drawing roller, tower wheel. General corrosion resistance, recommended for drying environment, working temperature < 500 C

Applicable process:

• 1.for plasma spraying (PTA)
• 2.for supersonic spraying (HVOF/HVAF).
